Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total ERK1/2 (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated ERK1/2) in cell lysates. This kit can be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-ERK1/2 (T202/Y204) kit and the Extreme Phospho-ERK1/2 (T202/Y204) kit. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
