Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of Human and Mouse Total CDK2 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 2; UniProt ID: P24941; Entrez-Gene Id: 1017) in cell lysates. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
