Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of Human Total CDK6 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 6; UniProt ID: Q00534; Entrez-Gene Id: 1021) in cell lysates. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet.
