Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-RIPK1 (S166) and Total RIPK1 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total RIPK1 proteins in separate wells within the same microplate. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and two matched antibody pairs specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual. The assay is compatible with both adherent and suspension cells, and can be run under either a one-plate or two-plate protocol. Both methods are “no-wash”.
