Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of low levels of Phospho-ERK1/2 (T202/Y204) in cell lysates. This high-sensitivity kit is suitable for measuring the inhibition of basal phospho-ERK1/2 levels.
