THUNDER™ TR-FRET PPI Assay Buffer 3 (5X) has been specially formulated for protein-protein interaction (PPI) assays. This buffer can be used for both the interaction/binding step and the detection step of the PPI assay. It is suitable for both TR-FRET and AlphaScreen®/AlphaLISA® PPI binding assays.
Formulation: proprietary (Tris-based buffer containing detergent and BSA).
DTT (not included; 1 mM final concentration in the 1X PPI Assay Buffer; freshly prepared) can be added to the PPI Assay Buffer 3.
