Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of Total RIPK1 (both phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated RIPK1) in cell lysates. This kit can also be used to normalize data obtained with the Phospho-RIPK1 (S166) kit. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual. The assay is compatible with both adherent and suspension cells, and can be run under either a one-plate or two-plate protocol. Both methods are “no-wash”.
