Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the semi-quantitative detection of Human Total GSPT1 (Eukaryotic release factor 3; eRF3; eRF3a) in cell lysates. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. Full assay validation can be found in the Technical Data Sheet. Detailed assay protocols are described in the Generic User Manual. The assay is compatible with both adherent and suspension cells, and can be run under either a one-plate or two-plate protocol. Both methods are “no-wash”.
