THUNDER® Human IL-5 TR-FRET Biomarker Assay Kit

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-5 (Interleukin-5) in cell culture supernatants. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. The kit does not include a recombinant human IL-5 standard, which must be purchased separately from R&D Systems® (catalog number 205-IL). The assay is compatible with both adherent and suspension cells, and is run using a simple, rapid, and homogeneous protocol (no wash steps, no separation steps).
