THUNDER® Human CCL19/MIP-3β TR-FRET Biomarker Assay Kit

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the quantitative measurement of human CCL19 (chemokine (CC chemokine ligand 19; MIP-3β; EBI1 ligand chemokine, ELC, macrophage inflammatory protein-3-beta) in cell culture supernatants. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. The kit does not include a recombinant human CCL19/MIP-3β standard, which must be purchased separately from BioLegend® (catalog number 582102).
