Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-SLP-76 (S376) and Total SLP-76 in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total SLP-76 proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells within the same microplate.
