Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Total GAPDH in cell lysates. Measurement of GAPDH may be a useful internal control for monitoring total protein levels when measuring changes in specific phosphorylated and/or total proteins. Note: owing to the high sensitivity of this kit, the lysates need to be diluted 10-fold in Lysis Buffer 3 or 4 before testing. This kit is only compatible with cell lysates generated with the Lysis Buffer 3 or Lysis Buffer 4.
