Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of human IFNγ (IFN-gamma; IFN; IFG; type II or immune interferon) in cell culture supernatants. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. The kit does not include a recombinant human IFNγ standard, which must be purchased separately from R&D Systems® (catalogue number 285-IF-100).
