Payment Options Our products can be ordered online or by email. We accept all major credit cards, as well as purchase orders (POs). Payment by check or wire transfer is also accepted. How to Order Online and Pay with Your Credit Card When placing an order online, you will be asked to provide either a purchase order number or a credit card number for the order to be accepted and processed. To order online:
  1. Navigate to your product of interest by selecting the product category and narrowing down until you find your product.
  2. Select your desired size and quantity and use the “Add to cart” button to add each product to the cart. At any time during your visit, you can go directly to the shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon on the top right-hand corner of the site.
  3. Review the items in your shopping cart. Apply coupon code if applicable and choose the “Proceed to checkout” button once your order is accurate.
  4. The first step of the checkout opens a page named Checkout. Complete the Billing details. You can create an account at this stage or, if you are a recurring customer, you can login with your email and password.
  5. Add your credit card information.
  6. Once everything is correct, click on the "Place order" button. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Ordering by Email If ordering by email, send us your institution's purchase order. Please be sure to include the following information:
  • Name of institution or company
  • Account number (if available)
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Catalog number and description
  • Quantity and size required
  • Name and email of purchasing agent
  • Name and email of the end user
  • Credit card number and expiration date or purchase order number
  • BioAuxilium quotation number (if applicable)
  • FedEx® account number (if applicable)Shipping feesAll orders are shipped using FedEx International Priority. Service days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Delivery times within the United States vary but are usually 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping, handling and ice fees are added to your order. Shipping charges to the United States vary by product type.
  • Shipping fee: If you can provide your FedEx account number, we will bill the freight cost directly to your account. If not, the international shipping fee varies with the total weight (between $80 to $200 USD).
  • Handling fee: $25 USD.
  • Blue ice fee: $40 USD. Biomarker Assay Kits, Toolbox reagents and Buffers are shipped on blue ice.
  • Dry ice fee: $50 USD. Cell Signaling Assay Kits, Positive Control Lysates and the Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail are shipped on dry ice.
  • Shipping, handling and ice charges will be added to the invoice, when applicable.
  • The recipient is responsible for all fees associated with shipping and customs clearance (including duties and taxes).
  • All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Title and risk of loss is passed to customer upon transfer to shipper.
  • The recipient is the Importer of Record and must provide the EIN or Tax ID number.
  • The buyer/importer must submit the TSCA certification for U.S. Import clearance or authorize BioAuxilium Research (the exporter) to submit the TSCA form on your behalf. The latter is simpler. For this, and before the shipment, you send an email or document to us authorizing BioAuxilium Research to act as your agent, on your behalf, for the purpose of preparing the TSCA certification. Example authorization: “XXX, Inc., importer, is authorizing BioAuxilium Research Inc., manufacturer, to act as our agent for the purpose of preparing TSCA certification statements”.
  • Please note that no shipment will be conducted without the EIN and TSCA certification/authorization.
