Custom Antibody Labeling

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1: Send us your antibody

Send us your antibody at ≥1 mg/mL (minimum: 50 µg; no BSA)
Choose between Europium chelate donor or far-red acceptor fluorophore

STEP 2: Antibody labeling

Service includes buffer exchange, labeling at 1 conjugation ratio, purification, and determination of antibody concentration and degree of labeling (DOL)
Optional: determination of optimal DOL by labeling at 3 or more conjugation ratios
Turnaround time: 2-3 days
